This case study details a novel approach to tackling poverty and urban migration in drought-prone Karanji Village. Facing repeated droughts, crop damage, and farmer exodus, the community struggled despite previous NGO efforts. Our "Forest Way™" methodology introduced a climate-resilient, tree-based farming system, focusing on native, economically vital species and soil regeneration. This one-time intervention has tripled incomes, reversed urban migration, improved nutrition, restored soil health, and provided a sustainable model that the local Panchayat aims to scale across the bioregion.
